This workshop is a MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING PROGRAMME that will reinforce the practice of self care. Think of it as a gym workout for your MIND. Zoe will help us understand the science behind gratitude and affirmations - two buzz words that are being used a lot right now but are we really understanding the WHY and WHAT behind practicing them? 

Mental health is something we all experience at some point in our lives. Every week, 1 in 6 adults experiences a common mental health problem, such as anxiety or depression and 1 in 5 adults has considered taking their own life at some point. Everyone’s experiences are different and just as our circumstances in life change, so does our mental wellbeing. It might be that right now you are going through a lot of pain and it’s a difficult time in your life or it might be that you are relatively happy with how things are. This workshop is for both these scenarios as it will provide tools for you to manage the different stages of stress we suffer in life but also help you question the root at which it first started. 

The goal of my workshops are to create a space for dialogue and conversation, a space to learn and invite change which ultimately leads to GROWTH of mind, body and soul
